You must be at least 13 years of age and have a valid phone number and email address to sign up for Square Deals rewards.

In order to start earning Squares, you must sign up for Square Deals either online, in-store, or through the Imo’s Pizza app. Afterwards, you will earn a Square for every $15 you spend (excluding taxes and fees). Just make sure that you are signed-in to your Square Deals account on our website or on the app, or that you give our team members your email or phone number when you order in-store or via phone.

Note: $15 minimum purchase excludes taxes and fees. Four Squares maximum can be earned per order. Excludes gift cards and alcohol.

For every $15 you spend, you receive one Square, up to a maximum of four Squares per order.

Yes; be sure to let the Imo’s Team Member know you are a Square Deals member and give them the phone number associated with your account when you order.  

To check your Squares balance and available Deals, sign in to your account at imospizza.com/rewards or on the Imo’s Pizza app, then click or tap on “Square Deals.” You can also ask an Imo’s Pizza team member to look up your Squares and Deals in-store or via phone by providing them with your name, email, and phone number.

When placing an order at imospizza.com or on the Imo’s Pizza app, simply sign in to your account and go to the Square Deals page to see your Squares balance and your available offers. From there, choose the Deal you wish to redeem and add it to your cart! When ordering in-store or on the phone, inform an Imo’s Pizza team member that you are a Square Deals member and they can access and apply your available offers by looking up your name, email, or phone number.

Yes! You can redeem multiple Deals at the same time—just so long as you have enough Squares to redeem each individual offer.

Yes! As long as your total is at least $15 before taxes and fees, you can redeem a Deal and also earn new Squares in the same order. You will earn one Square for every $15 spent, with a maximum of 4 Squares earned per order.

When you redeem a Deal, the Deal item is free, but taxes and delivery fees will still apply.

When you earn a Deal but don’t use it, it will remain available to you as long as you have the required number of Squares. If you choose to hang onto your Squares and go for a bigger Deal, you will continue to earn Squares until you receive another Deal offer. Spend it or save it—the choice is yours.

Once you reach 25 Squares, the program will automatically reset to zero, but you have not lost your Squares. You still have 60 days to redeem the 25 Squares.

Yes, so don’t let them get away! Your Squares will expire if your account is inactive for 6 months.

Your earned Deals only expire if your account has been inactive for 6 months. The only Deal that is for a limited time otherwise is the 25 Square Deal, which must be used within 60 days of being earned, which also triggers your balance to reset to zero. From there, you can start building again.

Of course. If you are already a Square Deals member and you forgot to sign-in or give your Square Deals information when you placed your last order (within 24 hours), provide your receipt or order number to a Manager in-store or contact us at comments@imospizza.com. Please allow 2-4 business days for your Squares to be credited to your account.

We’re sorry to see you go. If you wish to opt out of the Square Deals rewards program, you can delete your account by signing-in online at imospizza.com or on the Imo’s Pizza app and navigating to the Profile menu, where you will find a link to delete your account altogether.
