The Imo’s Pizza Parlor at 1828 Washington Avenue in downtown St. Louis has been purchased this week by a local Imo’s franchise group that owns several other Imo’s in the greater St. Louis area. The new general manager of this store and part owner is Charles “Dutch” Guidici.
The two in-store managers, both with years of experience in working with other Imo’s stores are Joe Kelly and Jason Roth. Look for special offers coming soon at this store in honor of the new ownership and management.

Hi, Being that I am a neighbor and a regular customer I figured I would try and give you some direct feedback first before I'd post a complaint on a public forum about my most recent visit to the Imo's on Wash Ave. I was there May 11th at noon and the young woman at the cash register was quite possibly the rudest most disgruntled restaurant employee I have ever dealt with in my entire life. It should be easy to recognize who I am talking about from a short description: caucasian, thin, mid to late 20s, looks like she either has a recent drug history or is still a user of drugs.... The you man in charge was also in a pretty bad mood, although I should mention he was efficient. Some of the drivers that came in and out also looked like lifelong potheads. The entire experience made me wonder why are these employees in such a bad mood? It's probably because they have a job! I suggest you let a couple of them go for an overall employee attitude adjustment. Customers usually enjoy establishments where employees look presentable, smile and are polite. With that said, please take this as constructive criticism, my entire family likes your pizza, we order it often and your new (ish) location looks great. And we usually don't have any such problems coming in. I hope next time I come by I will have a much more pleasant experience at my neighborhood Imo's. Thank you!
